What does the platform fee include?+
Compliance (document records, SOP management), unlimited users, services management, bookings, payment management, website integration and mobile reports, messaging and workflows.
Do NHS consultations cost anything?+
No. Task fees only apply to private consultations. NHS consults are free.
Do consultation credits expire?+
Credits load onto your system and you draw them down whenever you like.
How does the PGD cap work?+
At the end of each month we count how many times each PGD was used at each site. If the per-use total is higher than that PGD's cap, you pay the cap. If you didn't use a PGD that month, you pay nothing for it.
Can I use my own paper PGDs?+
Yes. Upload them and build your own template. You only pay the task fee, with no PGD charge. These templates aren't structured, so any risk of errors sits with you.
I joined on the TitanUp Deal. What happens to me?+
TitanUp customers keep £25 per site until 31 May 2029, and get NHS Services and TITAN Business free when they launch. Earlier customers had the deal backdated to their join date, with any balance credited against future bills.
